Specification: The Degausser XBC-01 is used to erase all information on hard disks, floppies, tapes and magnetic cards by exposing them in a strong magnetic field.It has been appraised and certified by the State Secrecy Bureau, and qualified as military information products in China.
The degausser can make a high voltage between 721V and 880V, and a strong magnetic field over 8800Gs while the average available magnetic field is 8500Gs.It can erase the information on the hard disks no more than 400GB.
This degausser is supported by several techniques which guarantee the effect of degaussing. Voltage monitor,magnetic power monitor and voltage gain compensation circuit are set for monitoring the power of magnetic field. The voltage monitor is used to surveil the actual voltage displayed on the LCD panel continuously when charging.The magnetic power monitor is used to surveil and displayed the average available magnetic filed at the same time,which is to avoid a failure of the discharge circuit.The voltage gain compensation circuit is used to ensure the working of the device with a voltage variance of ¡À12%.
The degausser can be connected to a computer, and the result of degaussing will be printed in a adhesive paper sticked on the degaussed media, so all the activities in degaussing can be managed through computer program. |
